Diabetes, Diabetes Type 1 or Type 2


Diabetes blood glucose level:  A good blood glucose reading before meals is between 70 and 140 mg/dL. Blood glucose is too low below 70 mg/dL and too  high above 240 mg/dL.

Diabetes: ½–1 tsp of Turmeric should be taken 3 times a day.
Diabetes: Apple cider vinegar & CINNAMON: A very effective natural remedy for diabetes is to use Apple cider vinegar and CINNAMON. Take two-tbsp.of raw unfiltered organic Apple cider vinegar, mixed with four to six ounces of liquid and one tsp. of CINNAMON. (Why not use green tea?)I take Apple cider vinegar at least twice a day with a tsp. of Soda. The Soda keeps the Vinegar from hurting my teeth, and it's great for raising the bodies’ alkalinity. It's also fun to watch the Vinegar fizz up. Either Apple cider vinegar or CINNAMON themselves, are both reputed to be very effective natural cures for diabetes.
Diabetes: Fenugreek: The seeds of Fenugreek have been found effective in the treatment of diabetes. Fenugreek seeds, when given in varying doses daily, diminish reactive hyperglycemia in diabetic patients. Levels of glucose, serum cholesterol, and triglycerides are significantly reduced in diabetes patients after consuming Fenugreek seeds. Soak 1 tsp. of Fenugreek seeds in 1 cup of water at night. Drink the water in the morning on an empty stomach and eat the seeds. Very good for diabetes because it works like insulin.

Diabetes: Taking half a tsp. of CINNAMON a day may help prevent the onset of diabetes. Even soaking a CINNAMON sticks in your tea, could also benefit non-diabetics who have blood sugar problem but are unaware of it. or 30-gram Fenugreek seeds can be soaked in a glass of water at night and after 12 hours take it and grind it into a paste with the soaked water and drink it on a empty stomach. or 2 tsp. if powdered seeds can be taken with water or milk.

Diabetes: chew or take in powder form ten (10) Margosa (neem) leaves daily in the morning. Because Margosa (neem) has been found to reduce insulin requirements by upto 50 percent, without altering blood glucose levels, many of these pills are made of essentially pure, powdered Margosa (neem) leaves. Note: Margosa (neem) leaf tablets taken for one month produced reversible male infertility but did not affect sperm production or libido. This is the first male birth control pill. Chewing a handful of Margosa (neem) leaves every day prevents pregnancies.

Diabetes: Zinc is essential for the pancreas to produce insulin and makes insulin work effectively. It also helps in fortifying the insulin receptor cells. When zinc is low, the pancreas does not create sufficient insulin, thus high glucose levels
Diabetes: For diabetes mellitus the recommended dose of Red pepper is 2 to 4 capsules daily with means. The ‘hypoglycemic effect” means that the Red lowered blood sugar which is what insulin does because diabetics have high blood sugar. But for those already suffering from low blood sugar, Red is best avoided.
Diabetes: Small amounts of Vinegar (approximately 20 ml or two tbsp.of domestic Vinegar) added to food, or taken along with a meal, have been shown by a number of medical trials to reduce the glycemic index of carbohydrate food for people with and without diabetes. Just two tsp. of Vinegar, taken with a meal, may help you keep better blood glucose control. 2 tbsp.of Vinegar before a meal even as part of a vinaigrette salad dressing—will dramatically reduce the spike in blood concentrations of insulin and glucose that come after a meal. The Vinegar increases the liver levels of a molecule called AMPK, which is the same molecule that metformin affects.

Diabetes: 2 TSP. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR in vegetable juice before I went to bed and noticed an immediate drop the next morning. I am also on metformin 1000 AM and PM and actos 45 in AM. I've increased my APPLE CIDER VINEGAR to 2 TBS twice a day in vegetable juice as my morning drink and evening "cocktail" and 2 TBS added to a liter of water, which I drink at work. I've been trying to reduce my prescription med but it seems my numbers increase slightly when I do that so I'll just leave well enough alone right now. This morning my FBS was 114. Also, before this I also suffered from hypoglycemic seizures. I'd be feeling all right, I've also notice a slight improvement in my eyesight. Other. Both of my parents are diabetics and I was determined that this was NOT going to happen to me. I started taking 2 Tbsp.of Apple cider vinegar right before my lunch and supper. I was startled to see how drastically my blood sugars had come down in only 1 week. When I had my first "glucose" test my number was 121. 126 you are considered a diabetic. I have been testing my blood sugars for the last week and they are now running in the 70's - 90's. WOW! Just a note.... there were a few times that my sugar dropped too low so make sure you eat enough of a proper balanced diet and make sure to have your snacks in between meals. I am going to wait one month before I have more blood work to see if it is working on cholesterol & triglycerides."

Diabetes: Along with blood purification, Qaranfal (Clove) oil also helps in controlling the blood sugar levels and hence is useful to diabetics. It is reported that clove oil controls blood glucose levels and benefits diabetics.

Diabetes: Diabetics should avoid iron enriched/fortified foods, high iron concentrations in the blood is a participant in diabetes, see iron overload.
Diabetes: Lady Finger is ’³OKRA/ Abelmoschus esculentus "Take two pieces of Lady Finger and remove/cut both ends of each Piece. Also put a small cut in the middle and put these two pieces in glass of water. Cover the glass and keep it at room temperature during night. Early morning, before breakfast simply remove two pieces of lady Finger from the glass and drink that water. Keep doing it on daily basis. Within two weeks, you will see remarkable results in reduction of your SUGAR. My sister has got rid of her diabetes. She was on Insulin for a few years, but after taking the ladyfingers every morning for a few months, she has stopped Insulin but continues to take the ladyfingers every day. But she chops the ladyfingers into fine pieces in the night, adds the water and drinks it all up the next morning. Please try it as it will not do you any harm even if it does not do much good to you, but you have to keep taking it for a few months before you see results, as most cases might be chronic.
Diabetes: wash and slit a ladyfinger from bottom towards the stalk. do not make into two pieces , let it be joined at the top. Put the slitted lady finger in a glass of water in the evening . In the morning mash the ladyfinger in the water by your hand, strain and drink the water first thing in the morning. no other food or drink for 30 minutes. To be repeated daily for keeping diabetes under control. Expected Results Within: 3 days.

Diabetes: Sugar & heart disease control to help control sugar in diabetes and control cholesterol, use 1 tbsp. of Vinegar and 1 tbsp. of natural honey, drink in a half of glass of warm water every day, you will feel great, it also keeps the blood flow regular in your body and the heart working wonderful.

Diabetes: A person, suffering from constipation for the past 20 years and recently from acid reflux, started eating 6 pieces of “Lady’s Finger” or Okra within the last 2 months. Since then, he has not taken any other medication. Now, his blood sugar has dropped from 135 to 98 and his cholesterol and acid reflux are also under control. According to Ms. Sylvia Zook PhD (Nutritionist) of University of Illinois, Okra has several benefits one of these is that the superior fiber found in Okra helps to stabilize blood sugar by curbing the rate at which sugar is absorbed from the intestinal tract.

Diabetes: Take ½ tsp. of Nigella Sativa oil twice a day in morning with hot water.

DIABETES: For the treatment of this disease the following method is adopted. Take one-cup decoction (black tea) mix half-tsp. Nigella Sativa oil and drink it in the morning and before going to bed. Avoid oily foodstuff, particularly fried items.

Diabetes: 1-tbsp. of Margosa (neem) leaf juice taken every morning or empty stomach controls diabetes. Even eating 8-10 Margosa (neem) leaves daily can prevent it.

Diabetes: Mix a cup of whole Nigella Sativa seeds, a cup of Water Cress Seeds (Mustard seed can be used as an alternative), half a cup of pomegranate peel and half a cup of fumitory. Grind the mixture to powder. Take half a tsp. of the mixture together with a tsp. of Nigella Sativa seed oil daily before breakfast for one month.

Diabetes: Remedy for treating Type 2 diabetes is to consume 500mg of Fenugreek twice daily.
Diabetes: Fenugreek, a common dosage for diabetes or cholesterol lowering is 5 to 30 grams with each meal or 15 to 90 grams per day. As a tincture, 3 to 4 ml of Fenugreek can be taken up to three times per day. Diabetics must take antioxidants. The Fenugreek seeds contain “Diosgenin” which is more of a raw material substance used in medical steroids by pharmaceutical industries.

Diabetes:
Karela is natural and safe cure, canbe taken in boiled form or in powder form. Seeds or dry powder canbe taken in diet. For better results, the diabetic should take the juice of about four or five bitter gourd every morning on an empty stomach. The seeds can be added to food in a powdered form. Diabetics can also use bitter gourd in the form of a decoction by boiling the pieces in water or in the form of dry powder.
MARGOSA (NEEM) Leaves: juice every day in empty stomach, controls alone sugar level & also treatment for heart & Malaria.
Fenugreek leaves helpful 4 sugar & curing wounds.
Curry Patta:  controls body weigh & sugar, hereditary sugar get in take., 8-10 leaves in empty stomach.
Mango leave: soak them in water & keep overnight then in an empty stomach taken in powder form. Mix dry powder 1 tsp. in a glass of water & drink everyday. The tender leaves of the mango tree are considered useful in diabetes. Soaking 15 gm of fresh leaves in 250 ml of water overnight, and squeezing them well in the water in the morning prepare an infusion. This filtrate should be taken every morning to control early diabetes. As an alternative, the leaves should be dried in the shade, powdered and preserved for use when necessary. Half a tsp. of this powder should be taken twice a day. or Boil 13-16 mango leaves in one cup of water saturate over night and filter in the morning. Drink every morning on an empty stomach.
Espaghol husk: is natural treatment.
Aamla: (Gooseberry) is natural treatment. Modern alternative medicine uses Turmeric in the treatment of cancers, stomach ulcers, diabetes, osteoarthritis, indigestion and viral or bacterial infection. Diabetes treatment using Parslane: The seeds of Parslane are useful in diabetes. A tsp. of the seeds should be taken every day with half a cup of water for three to four months. It will increase the body's own insulin and help in curing diabetes.
Diabetes Mango leaves can help combat diabetic attacks? It may be surprising but boiling three to four pieces of mango leaves and drinking it in the morning is one of the most recommended home treatments for diabetes. • Bitter gourd is also a beneficial remedy for diabetes. All you have to do is remove the seeds then soak in one-cup water. Drain and drink preferably every morning. • Reducing glucose level in the blood can also be achieved by regular intake of celery, cucumber, string beans, and Allium sativa (garlic). •  Green plantain is also one of the well-known home treatments for diabetes. Wash and peel then put the peel in the jar filled with water. Drinking this mixture three to four times a day will be useful in fighting against diabetes. • CINNAMON is also beneficial in lowering sugar levels in the blood. Add three tbsp.of CINNAMON in one-liter boiling water; simmer for twenty minutes and strain. Consume one liter of this mixture everyday as a part of your home remedy for diabetes.  Home TreatmentsSoybeans are very good for diabetes and also very healthy. • Cucumbers, onions, and Tomatoes are known to be effective in treating diabetes; you can dice them into a salad and eat daily. You will also get a lot of vitamins by eating the salad, which is very good for you. • 20-30 minutes walk everyday will help you treat the problem. • Add Allium sativa (garlic) to your daily diet, one or two cloves a day should be adequate. • Put 4-5 almonds in a cup of water before you go to bed. In the morning get the almond out of the water and eat. • Drink CINNAMON tea this will help balance the sugar levels in your body. Wild jeerakam Zeeroz seeds black colored 60 gm in 1 liter and boil a reduce it ti 1/4th liter and take half divide it into two equal parts and drink one part in the morning and one in the evening 2 times daily. Use of Turmeric and Gooseberry in equal quantities in powder form taken with warm water is very useful in this behalf. These activate the pancreatic cells and more insulin is produced. Taking a gram of Margosa (neem) leaf daily helps in diabetes.

Diabetes: Herbs for  this improves the utilization of glucose in peripheral·Diabetes-  tissues thereby reducing the glucose levels in blood. Simply soak Fenugreek seeds overnight in a glass of water. Next morning have the water and chew the seeds, it will prove very beneficial in controlling sugar. Known side effects of high doses include mild digestive pain. Fenugreek ·should not be used by pregnant or nursing women.  CINNAMON bark: It makes human fat cells more accessible to insulin and increases the conversion of glucose to energy manifold times. It also blocks the formation of dangerous free radicals. · Onion: Onion has significant blood sugar lowering action. Onion extract reduces blood sugar levels during oral and intravenous glucose tolerance. Onion affects the hepatic metabolism ·of glucose and increases the release of insulin, thus preventing insulin's destruction.  Allium sativa (garlic): Allium sativa (garlic) is considered to be the best herb for directly lowering blood sugar as well as for the repair of pancreas cells and stimulating the pancreas to produce insulin. This has been proven in numerous studies, but it still ignored by most. This makes Allium sativa (garlic)  Isabgul·a very useful anti diabetes herb, and any herbal treatment of diabetes should include it.  or Psyllium: Isabgul or Psyllium has cholesterol and glucose lowering properties. Its high fiber content makes it a good bowel cleanser as it can alleviate constipation. It can lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart  Indian·disease.  Gooseberry: Indian Gooseberry or Emblica Officinalis is a very rich source of Vitamin C. Its Vitamin C content is said to 15 times that of the Lemon. It has properties that help in the stimulation of pancreas for the production of insulin. It is extremely beneficial for diabetics when it is taken with bitter melon (karela) juice. It is a power anti-oxidant and has a cooling effect on the body. It is also very effective in ·reducing body fat.  Basil (Tulsi): Basil has a positive effect on postprandial (after eating a meal) and  ·fasting glucose. The herb facilitates the insulin secretion process.  Mango leaves: Mango leaves are known to be an effective cure in diabetes as well. Simply soak the leaves of the mango plant overnight in a cup of water and in the morning squeeze them in the water. Drain the leaves out and drink the water. This helps to relieve the signs of diabetes. In another method the leaves are dried and ground to a powder and mixed with water and consumed twice a day.

Diabetes: Bitter herbs like Azadirachta Indica (Margosa (neem)), bitter gourd and Fenugreek ·are like miracle drugs for diabetics. Take them in any form you can. or  Syzygium Zeerozi or Indian plum (Jamun), is considered a panacea for diabetes. In fact, more than fruit, the seed of jamun fruit is beneficial when taken in powdered form mixed with some water.

Diabetes: The leaves of Butea monosperma (Palas) tree are very useful in diabetes. They reduce blood sugar and are useful in glycosuria- the presence of large amount of glucose in urine.

Diabetes: Vitamins that help, Supplements in natural forms are more conducive to the body:
Vitamin A: Take a dose of 15,000i.u. on alternate days.
Vitamin B: Avoid large dosage of vitamin B because this vitamin interferes with the absorption of insulin by cells.
Vitamin C: 500 mg is recommended.
Vitamin E: This vitamin is very valuable for diabetes. A daily dose of 200 i.u. of Vitamin E is recommended for a fortnight at a time.
Chromium: Whole grains, seeds, mushrooms, corn oil and brewer's yeast are good sources of biologically valuable chromium.
Magnesium: supplementation has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity.

Prevent Diabetes: Red pepper lower the risk of diabetes, and scientific research has shown that regular intake of Red pepper could improve insulin control by over 55%.

Diabetes cure forever: Take cottonseeds soak in aqua & mix misri/khand and boil till laoq, take some of it and Chat with empty stomach, and after 3 ghari take meal. Diabetes will go away forever.

Diabetes Care: Diabetes Care groups were split into people taking 1, 3, or 6 grams of CINNAMON per day in capsule form (the equivalent of approx 1/4th to 1 tsp. of CINNAMON).

Diabetes: · CINNAMON: It is also helpful in lowering cholesterol. Taking half a tsp. of CINNAMON daily can lower blood sugar level by 20 percent; the improvement can be seen after just 20 days. Very high levels of CINNAMON could lead to hypoglycemia (sugar dropping to very low level). You can get recommended CINNAMON dose in capsule form or from CINNAMON foods. Less than half a tsp. per day of CINNAMON reduces blood sugar levels in persons with type-2 diabetes. Their study included 60 Pakistani volunteers with type 2 diabetes who were not taking insulin. Subjects were divided into six groups. For 40 days, groups 1, 2 and 3 were given 1, 3, or 6 grams per day of CINNAMON while groups 4, 5 and 6 received placebo capsules. Even the lowest amount of CINNAMON, 1 gram per day (approximately ¼ to ½ tsp.), produced an approximately 20% drop in blood sugar; cholesterol and triglycerides were lowered as well. When daily CINNAMON was stopped, blood sugar levels began to increase. (December 30, 2003). Consuming as little as 1 gram of CINNAMON per day was found to reduce blood sugar. Regarding type-1 diabetes, a study of 72 adolescents failed to find benefit with CINNAMON taken at a dose of 1 g daily. CINNAMON is so powerful an antioxidant that, when compared to six other antioxidant spices (anise, GiGa, licorice, mint, nutmeg and vanilla) and the chemical food preservatives (BHA (butylated hydroxyanisole), BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene), and propyl gallate), CINNAMON prevented oxidation more effectively than all the other spices (except mint) and the chemical antioxidants. Dosage:  Typical recommended dosages of ground CINNAMON bark are 1 to 4 g daily. CINNAMON oil is generally used at a dose of 0.05 to 0.2 g daily. 13 Even meager/small amounts of CINNAMON may be effective. One study showed that the equivalent of just one-half tsp. of CINNAMON powder twice daily before meals lowered glucose and cholesterol levels. Another found that the equivalent of a tsp. a day lowered fasting glucose in people with diabetes. HINT: put it in your oatmeal with a tbsp. of ground organic flax seeds.

Diabetes: · Cherries: contain red-pigmented antioxidants and are high in soluble fiber and low in calories, which can help raise your body’s insulin output. They can help protect against cancer, diabetes and heart disease. · Lemons: contain vitamin C, rutin and limonene that can lower the glycerin index of a meal considerably. · Flaxseed: Flaxseeds are rich in photochemical, omega-3 fatty acids, thiamin, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, manganese, very low in carbohydrates, healthy fat and high fiber content which helps lower blood sugar, lowers cholesterol and good for weight loss. It is also strongly anti-inflammatory. · Allium sativa (garlic): 1-2 cloves of Raw Allium sativa (garlic) can lower blood sugar, raise insulin production and increase insulin sensitivity because of its potent antioxidant properties. Benefits of Allium sativa (garlic). · Nuts: are "slow-burning" foods that provide sustained energy due to their good fats and protein content. Eating a handful of nuts can lower insulin resistance, according to Harvard researchers who discovered that eating nuts can lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 20 percent. Examples of healthy nuts are Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Cashews, Macadamia Nuts, Peanuts, Pecans, Walnuts, etc. If you are allergic to certain nuts, you should not eat them. · Onions: The high sulfur and flavonoids content of onions can cause a significant reduction in blood sugar level. They also helpful in rising raise HDL level. · Sweet Potatoes: are excellent sources of beta-carotene and soluble fiber that regulate insulin response and help stabilize blood sugar. As the sweet potato digests slowly, it causes a gradual rise in blood sugar so you feel satisfied longer. It is also helpful in lowering cholesterol. · Vinegar: Addition of Vinegar (2 tbsp.) to a high starch meal containing simple carbohydrates such as potatoes, white rice and white bread appears to reduce blood sugar levels and lessened the post-meal insulin spike.  or Take 2 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar 3 times a day.  · Water: Drinking plenty of water can flush harmful toxins from the body and lower blood sugar levels.

Diabetes Cure:  Indian Kino – Indian Kino or Pterocarpus marsupium (a gum-resin) is considered as one of the effective diabetes herbs. It looks like dried blood. It has a wide usage in Indian medical science Ayurveda for the treatment of diabetes. Epicatechin and crude alcohol extract of the bark of the Indian Kino has shown regeneration of functional pancreatic beta cells that produce insulin. It can also be taken orally. Onion and Allium sativa (garlic) – Onion and Allium sativa (garlic) i.e. Allium Cepa and Allium sativa (garlic) (one or two cloves a day should be adequate) play a vital role in lowering blood sugar. If your favorite flavor is Allium sativa (garlic), you have a reason to rejoice. Clinical and experimental evidence shows that the active ingredients of Onion and Allium sativa (garlic) lower glucose levels by competing with insulin for insulin inactivating zones in the liver. This causes an increase of free insulin. Onion extract affects the hepatic metabolism of glucose. It also prevents the insulin destruction and increases the release of insulin. Allium sativa (garlic) and Onions are also good for cardiovascular health. They lower lipid levels and inhibit aggregation of platelets. They are also as good as your anti-hypertensive medicines. Fenugreek Fenugreek has good anti-diabetic properties. Fenugreek seeds contain alkaloid trogonelline, nicotinic acid and coumarin, which make them effective against diabetes. Diabetics who had a habit of chewing Fenugreek seeds as a mouth-freshener often have been greatly benefited. Asian Ginseng – Asian Ginseng or Pan ax Ginseng is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine as a remedy for diabetes. It enhances the release of insulin from the pancreas and to increase the number of insulin receptors. Studies show that it has a direct glucose lowering effects. Indian Gooseberry –is a very rich source of Vitamin C. Its Vitamin C content is said to 15 times that of the Lemon. It has properties that help in the stimulation of pancreas for the production of insulin. It is extremely beneficial for diabetics when it is taken with bitter melon juice. It is a power anti-oxidant and has a cooling effect on the body. It is also very effective in reducing body fat. Turmeric reduces inflammation, healing wounds and relieving pain; inflammation plays a big role in many diseases and is believed to be involved in onset of both obesity and Type 2 diabetes.


DIABETES: For the treatment of these diseases the following method is adopted. Take one-cup decoction (Black tea), Mix half tbsp. of Nigella Sativa oil and drink it in the morning and before going to bed. Avoid oily foodstuff, particularly fried items. If any other allopathic treatment is going on continue it that treatment. After 20 days check the sugar, is its normal Allopathic treatment should be stopped and Nigella Sativa treatment be continued. After forty days, sweet can be taken to check the sugar level. If it’s normal stop the treatment.

DIABETES: For the treatment of these diseases, Nigella Sativa seeds 1t, Fenugreek seeds 1/2t, kaasni seeds ½ t, grind & powder it, then eat 3-3m at morning & evening with 6 minims of Nigella Sativa oil, use this for one week, sugar will be stopped I. Allah, after use of 1-2 months continuously, I. Allah there will be complete shifa.

DIABETES: Taking Mango juice & Jamun juice in equal proportion is good in controlling diabetes. or Asparagus appears promising as a culinary weapon against diabetes. A 2006 study reported in the British Journal of Medicine showed asparagus significantly increased the action of insulin by producing an 81 percent increase in glucose uptake. or Boil 15 fresh Mango leaves in 1 glass of water. Leave overnight. Filter this water and drink first thing in the morning. or Mango leaves are boiled in water and the leaves are squeezed well to get a decoction. This decoction can be can be ingested every morning to fight against diabetes. And Diabetics should avoid exercises that involve pushing or pulling heavy objects and lifting weights, Exercise: Physical activity is a safe and powerful “drug” to help keep blood sugars in check. For most of us, the goal is 150 minutes a week (such as 30 minutes a day 5 days a week). DIABETES: Margosa (neem) is Effective against diabetes. Diabetes is a disease of excess sweetness so bitter herbs and foods.

Diabetes: Coconz oil helps in controlling blood sugar, and improves the secretion of insulin. It also helps in effective utilization of blood glucose, thereby preventing and treating diabetes.

Diabetes: Dr. Alam Khan, Agricultural University, Peshawar, Pakistan, a former postdoctoral student reports  “At the end of the 30 days, individuals with diabetes who had been taking some level of Qaranfal (Clove) supplementation showed a decrease in serum glucose from an average 225 to 150 mg/dL, triglycerides from an average 235 to 203 mg/dL, a decrease in serum total cholesterol from 273 to 239 mg/dL, and a decrease in LDL from 175 to 145 mg/dL. The individuals with diabetes who had not been taking clove capsules showed no differences. Serum HDL was not affected by consumption of Qaranfal (Clove).”


Diabetes Preventive: Eating 10 fresh fully grown curry leaves every morning for three months is said to prevent diabetes due to heredity factors. It also cures diabetes due to obesity, as the leaves have weight reducing properties. As the weight drops, the diabetic patients stop passing sugar in urine. 2 tsp. of powdered Fenugreek seeds taken daily in both or milk is also good. They can even be swallowed as a whole. As an alternative, they may be soaked in a cup of water at night and the water is taken in the morning. Alma due to its high vitamin C content is effective in controlling diabetes. A tbsp. of equal quantities of powdered alma, jumbal, fruit and bitter gourd taken once or twice a day would be effective in checking the progress of the disease.

Diabetes Type-1 – Diabetes is one of the most common of all diseases that occurs in the body. Margosa (neem) or Azadirachta Indica has potential to treat diabetes. Due to its bitter taste Margosa (neem) works best in reducing the glucose level in the body. Diabetes Type 1 or Type 2: In two small studies of individuals with either type 1 or type 2 diabetes, Fenugreek seed powder lowered blood glucose and improved levels of blood cholesterol and triglycerides, Onion & Allium sativa (garlic) have significant blood sugar lowering action. The effect improved as the dosage was increased; however, beneficial effects were observed even for low levels that used in the diet (e.g. 25 to 200 grams). The effects were similar in both raw and boiled onion extracts.
